Delivery is carried out by Russian Post to all regions of Russia and Belarus. The cost of delivery is 200 rubles. The terms of postal delivery range from 3 to 10 days, depending on the distance from Moscow. The order is sent within 2 days from the moment of payment for the goods in the online store.
Delivery to other countries:
Delivery to other countries is temporarily not carried out due to the international situation.

1. BASIC DEFINITIONS
The buyer is a natural or legal person who has the intention to purchase goods on the website of the Online store.
Registered Buyer is a Buyer who has provided individual information about himself to the Seller (surname, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number), which can be used for placing an Order multiple times. This information is provided when placing an Order.
The seller is IP Weber I.S., who sells goods through an online store located at https://verbena-cs.com .
An online store is an Internet site where any Buyer can get acquainted with the presented Goods, their description and prices for Goods, choose a certain Product, a method of payment and delivery of Goods, place an Order.
A product is an object of purchase and sale presented for sale in an online store by placing it in the appropriate section of the Online store.
An order is a Customer's request for the purchase and delivery to the specified address of Goods selected in the Online store.
Article — the designation of the Product assigned by the Manufacturer.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3. REGISTRATION IN THE ONLINE STORE

The buyer who has registered in the online store receives an individual identification by providing a login and password. Individual identification of the Buyer allows to avoid unauthorized actions of third parties on behalf of the Buyer. The transfer of the login and password by the Buyer to third parties is prohibited, the Buyer is solely responsible for all possible negative consequences in case of transfer of the login and password to third parties.

4. REGISTRATION AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The Seller prepares and ships the ordered Goods after confirmation of the order and the payment method by both Parties. 5. PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS
Prices in the online store are indicated for one unit of goods.
You can order only the Product for which a positive quantity is indicated in stock at the time of the order.
The Buyer pays for the Goods in the currency in which the price of the Goods was indicated on the website of the Online store at the time of placing the order.
The payer must be the Buyer himself. Payment from third parties is not accepted. Payment is allowed only by one of the methods offered on the website of the online store when placing an order. Other payment methods are not available.
The contract of sale is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the ordered Goods.

6. DELIVERY
The Seller will make every effort to comply with the delivery date and time specified in the relevant Order, however, delays in delivery are allowed due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred through no fault of the Seller.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage of the Goods passes to the Buyer at the time of transfer of the Goods to him and the signature of the Buyer in the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.
In order to avoid fraud cases when handing over a prepaid Order, the buyer must present an identity document.

7. RETURN OF the GOODS
The exchange and return of Goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
The Seller is not responsible for the damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Goods purchased in the Online store.
The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's losses resulting from:

- illegal actions of third parties.
The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by him during registration in the Online store.
The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the entry into force of the Conditions, as a result of extraordinary events that the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.
The copyright holder of the designs of all products under the Verbena CS trademark is IP Weber I.S.. The scheme or any part thereof may not be copied, reproduced in electronic or analog form without obtaining the written permission of the copyright holder, except for obtaining a copy for convenience of personal use. The Buyer is responsible for using the Goods exclusively for personal purposes. Any commercial use or unauthorized replication of designs and schemes entails liability in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation.
In other cases not provided for in clause Conditions, non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations, the Parties are responsible in accordance with applicable law.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Provision of information by the Buyer.
When registering in the Online store, the Buyer provides the following information about himself: surname, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number. The list of data required for placing an Order can be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
The Seller uses the information received from the Buyer:
- to register the Buyer in the online store;
- to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer;

The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It is not considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Buyer. 10. OTHER CONDITIONS
The provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation apply to the relations between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Buyer guarantees that all the terms of these Terms are clear to him, and he accepts them in full.
In case of negative feedback or claims on the part of the Buyer, he must contact the Seller at the email address indicated on the website of the online store.
The parties will try to resolve all disputes arising through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation.
The invalidity or non-compliance by one of the Parties with any provision of these Terms does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
If the Buyer does not agree with at least one of the provisions of these Terms, he does not have the right to use the Online Store.
